Valentine's day is only 11 days away!
What are your plans for V-day? Do you have any traditions?
How did you tell your significant other/husband that you LOVED him?
-OR- Did he say it first?
This picture of Terence and I brings back so many memories. It was taken about 10 years ago in T's college dorm room. We look so young! I gave him that kissy pillow case for V-day that year and I told him I loved him by spelling it out on his wall in glow in the dark stars so he could see it every night before he went to bed. I am sure his dorm mate JUST LOVED that! Ha..ha..ha..
When we moved into our first house on the Air Force base I put the same stars up on the ceiling...I just don't know where they are now after several moves. I'd like to put "I love you" in stars back up on our ceiling someday :)
Terence bought me a HUGE box of Godiva chocolate that same year...I joke and tell him that is how I "knew" because chocolate was the key to my heart! Not really-but ya know.....I do love chocolate!
This will be the last Valentine's day just the two of us....next year we'll be kissing on Connor...and I just can't wait!

Valentine's Day has never been THAT big of deal to me....I blame my Dad. Growing up he said "Valentine's Day is every day." ;)

Awww, so sweet! We always stay home on V-day. Actually, I told my sweetie that I loved him first, and he said (with a great big grin) "I....I...I'm pretty sure that I think I love you too..." I was like, thanks, babe. In his defense, he had been so hurt in the past, and heck, we'd been dating all of 3 weeks when I told him. I knew, though. And when a girl knows, she knows. :)
i feel bad, i think i gave him more grief about the stars than anyone else :)
and i knew exactly where you guys were as soon as i saw the pic. there is something about those concrete walls that you never forget.
I told my husband first! We were dating and had bumped into my ex in a sort of *awkward* moment. After the other guy left, I said, "You know I love you, right?" :)

I love looking at pictures of couples when they're first dating. I'm not sure why, but I do.
Hubs said I Love You first. I had already told him that no matter what, I wasn't saying it first. It was right before we both went to sleep one night. So sweet.

Let's see...I was teasing Josh that he didn't like me on a double date with his twin...he turned around and responded that "no he didn't just LIKE me...he LOVED me"... my heart did a flip flop!
I don't remember who said it first... Hmmmm! I did a Boudoir Session with an amazing photographer back in November when I spent a weekend in San Diego! I have a printed album that I spent a small fortune on all wrapped up waiting for V day!!! Other than that... we'll see what he has planned!!! :)
