Okay AT&T Uverse...you are not off to a good start...moving slower than dial up and not working at all!!!!! GRRRRR........

I've heard bad things about that... If you have Windstream in your area, you should totally go for them. :)

That's weird we just got U-Verse and it is wonderful! I would call them and see if there is an issue with your cable line??? We know several people that have it and are doing well. It also depends on how far you are from the main junction box.

As someone who has worked tech support for AT&T internetz, I have this to say: if you never have problems with it, you never will. If you do, you always will. That is just how that goes. Switch back to cable before you end up crying to the girl at tech support who can't do anything for you... LOL. No, but really.
