Progress

Woke up this morning and went to work as usual, only instead of coming home and sitting on my butt I took my gym bag to work and went to exercise with a co-worker Julie. I did 2 miles on the elliptical and another 2 miles on the bike, worked on abs and arms a little bit too. I am SO out of shape, but also thankful that I actually made myself do it! Yeah! Tomorrow we are planning to go back...and the next day...and the next....

My Nutrisystem was shipped today, so once I get that in I will be in full fledge fitness mode :) I'm so ready to feel good again!

Wonderful! I am so glad that you went and worked out with a friend and are planning to keep it in your schedule. It is sometimes hard to get started, but once you do, it will be awesome. :) Working out with someone to support you is the reason that Scott and I got a membership for the rec center. Keep up the good work. :)

Hugs and blessings,
Stacey :)

Hey, I'm really proud of you! Keep it up!! It sounds like you did an awful lot for your first day. Which gym did y'all go to?

By the way, I gave your blog an award last week! http://jun3bug.blogspot.com/2009/01/blog-award.html

I'm so proud of you!! I've been working extra hard to get myself in the gym... So far, I've went Monday and Wednesday! I'm gonna make myself go tonight too!!!

Let me know how NutriSystem works - I've wanted to try it too.

Yay! I've been going to the gym this week and so far so good, I don't want to kill myself yet ;)

Scott and I did Nutrisystem for a short time, before our wedding, and were successful. The food was pretty good, but it was expensive between the Nutrisystem food AND all the fresh produce you need to go along with it. I hope you have success with it, too.

Great job!! I've been trying to walk on the treadmill while I watch TV instead of sitting on the couch eating ice cream...The hardest part is getting motivated, and you seem to be right on track with that!
